The concept was based on Indecent Proposal (1993) starring Robert Redford, Demi Moore, and Woody Harrelson.
Ashley Fink, Samantha Marie Ware, and Blake Jenner appeared on Glee (2009), despite not sharing any scenes together. Fink appeared as Lauren Zizes primarily in season three. Blake Jenner appeared as Ryder Lynn in seasons four and five while Samantha Marie Ware appeared as Jane Hayward in season six. The only time they were on set together was for the season six finale; even then the characters still didn't interact with each other.
