When shooting began in 2018 it marked the first time Cristina Marsillach had acted on camera in over 24 years.
Credited cinematographer Alex Hornung and editor Scott Allen were director Lahey's best friends from high school. They died when they were young. Lahey performed the editing and cinematography duties himself but gave the credits to them to honor their memory as the film was produced in their hometown and surrounding areas.
Cristina Marsillach was flown in from Spain with producer Carmen Olmo and along with director Lahey, they shot in and around St. Augustine and Jacksonville, Fl pretending they were tourists.
