When asked why season 2 turned out to be the last season, considering that when said season was announced that detail wasn't noted, creator and star Ryan O'Connell revealed that it was Netflix's decision. Even though he hasn't explicitly said so, O'Connell pointed out that when he asked Netflix for longer episodes and a writers'room, meaning a bigger budget, there was a back and forth between the man and the corporation.
