This film became an all time highest grossing Telugu film without a PAN India release. It grossed around 274.4 crores worldwide with a share of 162.8 crores in 2020. The estimated number of tickets sold for this film in India are around 1.4 crores.
For the first time in his career, Allu Arjun worked with his previous heroine for a full fledged role. Previously he worked with Kajal Aggarwal in Yevadu after Arya 2 where he played a cameo and Catherine Tresa for three films: Iddarammayilatho (2nd heroine), Rudhramadevi (cameo) and Sarrainodu (2nd heroine).
Goldmines Telefilms who bought the Hindi dubbing rights of the film before the original Telugu version's release initially planned to release the dubbed Hindi version on 26 January 2022 in theatres through AA Films due to the success of the Hindi version of Pushpa: The Rise in North India. The Hindi release was however withdrawn due to a request by the makers of the Hindi remake Shehzada (2023). The Hindi dubbed version was later announced to be directly premiered on Goldmines Telefilms' own TV channel on 6 February 2022 but later postponed and premiered on 13 February 2022.
Through out the movie there are pen ink mark's on Murali Krishna's on various shirt pocket's.
Manish Shah from Goldmines Telefilms stated in an interview that he spent 2 crores on the Hindi dubbing of the film.
