Akshay Kumar and Sonu Sood 3rd movie together after Singh is king and entertainment
The shooting of the film was 50% complete before lockdown and it was expected that Akshay Kumar will first complete this film after resuming work but due to the social distancing norms implied by the government he started and completed Bell Bottom first as the film required less no of people in the crew as opposed to Prithviraj which required a big setup of cast,crew and technicians on set.
The director originally wanted to make the film with Sunny Deol and Aishwarya Rai n 2004. But the producers kept backing out. Then Ajay Devgan also wanted to make his own version with Rajkumar Santoshi. That film also failed to get started .
