Liz, 49, and son Luke relocate to modest home after husband Turlough, failed developer, absconds with funds. Broke, Liz covertly works at deli near former affluent neighborhood, concealing newfound poverty from once wealthy companions.

BUST is set in the Dublin home of our central character Liz O'Connor 49. Liz and her son Luke O'Connor move from a mansion to a terraced 2 bed, on the wrong side of the river. Liz's husband Turlough, a failed property developer, has disappeared to South America with the last of their money. Broke, she now secretly shops in "Dealz", and works in her friend's Deli down the road from where she used to live. Suffering the shame of her Rich Bitch former friends seeing her mopping floors and making Mochas.—Elizabeth Moynihan
