Unsolved Mysteries (2020)

Trivia

Unsolved Mysteries

Edit
Die-hard fans of the original series will notice an eerie, frightening update in the theme music that literally echoes the sound of the original. But the most iconic of all is the haunting ghosted image of Robert Stack, the original series' host, which flashes on the screen behind the title at the end of the opening credits. It is a fitting homage to a legend who helped make the series a television milestone.
Remake of the 1987-2010 investigative TV show that popularized the public's ability to call in for leads on the cases shown.
Instead of remaking the original series, Netflix decided "reboot" the series that would also feature new cases. However, following the launch of the first twelve episodes (Volume 1 & Volume 2), it's success resulted in more than 5,000 tips that were submitted to the "Unsolved Mysteries" team prompting Netflix to renew it for a 3rd Volume (season) with a target air date of summer 2022.
Will not have a dedicated host, which is a first since Robert Stack and Dennis Farina previously hosted the series.
