Johnny Hines in Burn 'Em Up Barnes (1921)

Trivia

Burn 'Em Up Barnes

Edit
The movies' race scene used real race car drivers; Frank Davidson, Frederic S Hadley, TW Patrone, and Tom DeVito, who were led under the technical direction of noted race car driver; Ray Howard.
When a member of the public drove a truck into the car race scene, there was very nearly a fatal accident, which was only avoided because of the skillful driving of professional race car driver Tom DeVito, who was leading all the other cars in the scene.
The movie had its premiere at Loew's Theatre in Peekskill, NY, USA.
Race cars were utilized for publicity purposes; they decorated theaters, and they traveled through the streets, carrying large advertisements for the movie.
The movie originally had a color sequence which was used to highlight the playing cards the hobos are using.
