This was one of four Vitaphone shorts, all filmed in Technicolor. made by Warner Brothers in hopes of launching ten-year-old Sybil Jason as a serious rival to the #1 box office attraction of the time, 20th Century-Fox star Shirley Temple. Jason never caught on with movie audiences and ended her career playing supporting roles in two of Temple's Fox films. Ironically, the two child actresses struck up a friendship that would endure throughout their lives.
Actors Patric Knowles and Jean Muir appear in photograph form as Sybil's parents. They do not, however, appear on screen in person.
