At the door of "MR. & MRS. D. ONNE AND FAMILY", Porky leaves three bottles of milk, saying "Mister, Missus, and family" as he sets them down, the last one having a quintuple baby nipple on it. This is a joke on the quintuplets born to a Canadian couple named Dionne who were in the news continually for years.
The title is based on the original expression, "a land flowing with milk and honey", from the biblical book of Exodus describing the agricultural abundance of the Land of Israel.
