Puppy Love (1933)

Trivia

Orphans' Picnic

Edit
"Orphan's Picnic" from 1936 is the first Cartoon to feature the newly-redesigned modern looking Donald Duck.
The song Donald leads the Orphans in in "Orphan's Picnic" from 1936 is "A Stein Song". The Original lyrics are "For it's always fair weather / When good fellows get together / With a stein on the table / And a good song ringing clear." To get the Cartoon accepted by the Hays Code, the "stein on the table" lyric, which is in reference to a beer mug, is changed to "a handshake of friendship".
Archival footage of the Orphans running in "Orphan's Picnic" from 1936 was reused in the Toontown scene of the 1988 movie "Who framed Roger Rabbit".
"Orphan's Picnic" from 1936 is the second and last Cartoon of 1936 where Mickey wears yellow gloves. It is also interesting that it probably would have been the only Cartoon in which Mickey wears yellow gloves, since "Mickey's Polo Team" from 1936 is an older Cartoon from 1935.
