This short was originally titled "It Happened All Night", a spoof of a popular movie's title, but the censors ordered that it be changed due to the risqué implications of that title.
One only three WB shorts to feature Gabby Goat. The other two are "Porky and Gabby" and "Get Rich Quick Porky."
In the last scene, it is revealed that the duo work at the Peter Piper Pickled Pepper factory, a pun on a children's nursery rhyme with the same line.
Both characters wear trousers here as part of their work attire. Porky seldom would be seen in pants going forward.
