Ray Collins (Johnny Adair) would later portray Police Lt. Tragg on Perry Mason (1957), and Morris Ankrum (Alec Veeder} frequently appeared on there as a judge.
Some cast members in studio records/casting call lists did not appear or were not identifiable in the movie. These were (with their character names): Ray Teal (Bouncer), Ralph Sanford (Bouncer), Jack Norton (Drunk), Will Stanton (Drunk), Harry Rose (Drunk), Abigail Adams (Vi) and Al Bridge (Businessman). Other actors in news items and some production charts also not seen in the movie were Jack Kenny, Kit Guard, May McAvoy and Joe Yule.
This film received its USA television premiere in Los Angeles Monday 12 November 1956 on KTTV (Channel 11) followed by Chicago Tuesday 1 January 1957 on WBBM (Channel 2); it first aired in Hartford CT 15 January 1957 on WHCT (Channel 18), in Seattle 17 January 1957 on KING (Channel 5), in Cincinnati 2 February 1957 on WXIX (Channel 19) (Newport KY), in Philadelphia 28 May 1957 on WFIL (Channel 6) and in Minneapolis 9 June 1957 on KMGM (Channel 9); its initial San Francisco telecast took place 23 January 1958 on KGO (Channel 7), followed by New York City 14 April 1958 on WCBS (Channel 2).
