This is the final Donald Duck cartoon to show his white buttons on Donald's sailor shirt, starting with Donald's Double Trouble, the buttons were abandoned from Donald's sailor shirt (presumably abandoned by Daisy's broom when Daisy kept smacking Donald).
The music that plays when Donald tears Daisy's house apart after trying to open the window was played before in the climax of The Little Whirlwind, another Mickey Mouse cartoon in the part when the mother tornado chases down Mickey and destroys the area.
The scene when Donald starts wrecking the house in anger became an internet meme.
When Daisy furiously takes out her temper at Donald at the ending, her voice becomes increasingly high-pitched and sped-up. This would be repeated again in the ending of Donald's Double Trouble (1946).
