As it is said in the plot line above, this is definitely NOT a movie about the preparation and execution of Reich Protector Reinhardt Heydrich, but about the conséquences and so on of this assassination on the population afterwards, especially the Lidice folks. But it is also not really about Lidice either. no this is a simple study of some people around this tragedy. this sometimes flat but never boring although. I must admit that I expected something a little different. americans would have given something more tense, better built. As amny films from Eastern Europe, don't wait for many action scenes, but moving situations instead.
