As was often the case in animation's golden age, the crew worked diligently on illustrating even the smallest details. Early on, when the camera pans the food-less table, a tiny spider can be seen lounging in a web hammock strung between two utensils.
Daffy has teeth in this short.
The title is probably a reference to the Gary Cooper movie, "Along Came Jones."
