Dane Clark, Ida Lupino, and Wayne Morris in Deep Valley (1947)

Trivia

Deep Valley

Edit
Unhappy with her situation at Warners, Ida Lupino turned down a contract extension after this movie and ended her association with the studio.
Initially envisioned as a project for Ann Sheridan, Humphrey Bogart, and John Garfield according to contemporary press sources.
Wayne Morris's first movie after returning from World War II, in which he was a flying ace and war hero. The fact that he's the third-billed star is unusual because in his previous picture, The Smiling Ghost (1941), he was the lead.
Production went 40 days over schedule.
The earliest documented telecast of this film took place in AZ Tucson Wednesday 22 August 1956 on KDWI (Channel 9); it first aired in Salt Lake City UT Sunday 9 September 1956 on KUTV (Channel 2), in Cincinnati OH Monday 10 September 1956 on WKRC (Channel 12), in Los Angeles CA Monday 8 October 1956 on KNXT (Channel 2), in Sacramento CA Saturday 22 December 1956 on KCRA (Channel 3), in Portland OR Monday 21 January 1957 on KLOR (Channel 12), in Boston MA Saturday 26 January 1957 on WBZ (Channel 4), and New York City NY Friday 15 February 1957 on WCBS (Channel 2).
