Trivia

All-American Co-Ed

Edit
Alan Hale Jr.'s first credited film performance.
Film debut of Marie Windsor. NOTE: Her real name--Emily Bertelsen--and photo are seen in a musical handout one of the characters is reading.
This film is in the public domain. This is because United Artists, the film's distributor, disowned it, and allowed its copyright to lapse without renewal, so that anyone may use the film as a history lesson on girls' schools and colleges.
This film was first telecast in New York City Sunday 4 July 1948 on WPIX (Channel 11), in Chicago Sunday 14 February 1949 on WBKB (Channel 4), in Salt Lake City Monday 4 July 1949 on KDYL (Channel 4), and in Detroit Saturday 22 October 1949 on WXYZ (Channel 7), as part of their newly acquired series of three dozen Hal Roach feature film productions, originally theatrically released between 1931-43, and syndicated for television broadcast by Regal Television Pictures.
Allan Lane, portraying "Second Senior", was 32 when this was filmed.
