Garner Gets Offer to Co-Star with Marilyn

Hollywood, Jan. 29---James Garner, the star of Maverick on TV, has an offer to co-star with Marilyn Monroe in "Goodbye Charlie." He will if Marilyn does. Lauren Bacall did this play on Broadway. Last year when Garner couldn't work on screen or TV, he earned $64,000 in summer stock . . .
