Audrey Hepburn and William Holden in Paris When It Sizzles (1964)

Goofs

Paris When It Sizzles

Edit

Continuity

During the chase, Gaby's hat and veil are both through the sunroof of her car in the long shots, but only her hat is out for the in car shots.
As Richard lays out the blank pages, he lays one on the chair by the stairs. It falls down onto the seat of the chair. However, in the wide shot, it is back on the back of the chair.
Gabrielle and Richard disturb the script page on the rug when dancing to "That Face", but it is in the old position later.
When Gaby comes out of her bedroom and sees her shoes on the first page of the paper trail, the shoes are neatly together. When the camera pans back to when Gaby steps into the shoes, the shoes are apart and askew.
In the film within the film at the outdoor cafe when Gaby is about to touch up her lips, the color of the lipstick is pink, matching the color of her lips. On the next shot, when it cuts to a closeup of the lipstick, the color has changed to a deep red.

Character error

In a closeup, it's clear that Gaby isn't touch typing, but banging at the keyboard with clawed hands.
When Richard asks if the name on the birdcage cover implies that "Richelieu" is the bird's name, Gabrielle says he means "inferred" rather than "implied". While it true that *he* is doing the inferring, the name on the cover is doing the implying. "Inferring" is the conscious act of drawing a conclusion.
