On 16th September 2017 a major fire broke at Raj Kapoor's RK studio in Chembur (Mumbai) on the sets of dance reality show Super Dancer 2.The fire incident destroyed many precious items of many RK films like costumes also including the joker mask and costume won by Raj Kapoor in the film.
Simi Grewal's scenes where she strips to her bra and panties while a young boy watches and then bathing nude were very much ahead of their time and considered very bold. While she was totally nude during filming the bathing scene, they only showed her from the back. She wished they could have shown her from the front as well. She also enjoyed the freedom of being naked in front of the crew. It was very invigorating.
