Producer Jack L. Warner's last personal production. After he sold Warner Bros. to Seven Arts, he produced two pictures at Columbia, '1776' and 'Dirty Little Billy', before retiring.
The big revolver shown was a 1847 Walker Colt in .44 caliber. Up until the Smith and Wesson .44 magnum in 1956, the Walker Colt was the most powerful handgun in the world.
At the beginning, when a revolver was fired, a big flash went off in the middle of the revolver. The was a chain fire when all 6 chambers fired at once. After loading all 6 chambers, grease was usually put over the front of all six chambers so the a chain fire would not occur.
