The movie is now allegedly in the public domain since its copyright either expired or was never originally submitted in the US. It's currently (2007) available from multiple locations on the internet either for free or very little cost (Google for the accurate locations). It's also available on several movie compendiums, such as "100 Western Classics" and others. Most of these appear to be sourced from a 16mm print in a poor state. Also released on DVD in 2010 by VCI Entertainment on a 2 disc, 4 movie set titled "Action Man Collection". One reviewer noted "the transfer is 1.85:1 with good color".
Although most descriptions of the movie indicate it to be produced in 1973, the movie itself was shot in the spring of 1971 and completed that year.
Quite possibly; unlike many independent movies made around that time, all of the film elements still exist
