In one scene, Noah is spreading pitch onto the side of the nearly-completed ark using a brush. As he does this, he is hanging off the side of the ark on a rope swing. The upper deck of the ark is visible *above* his head. Noah calls to his sons for more pitch, but they are all asleep. One of his sons, Ham, is asleep on the ark's upper deck. Noah lowers himself onto the platform below him, and gets his foot caught in the bucket of pitch. In the very next shot, he is suddenly sliding down the upper deck of the ark, which was previously *above* him. In other words, Noah has suddenly "jumped" from the platform below to the ark's upper deck. He slides into Ham's sleeping form, but Ham does not wake up.
Adam has a navel. According to the Bible, Adam was not born of woman; God formed him from clay, then breathed life into his nostrils. His nudity symbolized being sinless.
In the film, when the Serpent talks to Eve at the Tree of Forbidden Knowledge, Adam sleeps in a nearby orchard without hearing it. In the Bible, Adam stood next to Eve during the conversation, watched Eve eat the tree's fruit, then ate the fruit when Eve offered it to him.
The two Asiatic elephants on Noah's Ark have no tusks, which means they are both female.
Male Asiatic elephants have tusks, females don't.

Before they get into the Ark, one of Noah's daughters-in-law wears a modern bra under her tunic.
