West German War Movie with Horst FRANK

This film is the rare case of a SauerkrautKOMBAT flick. A West German war film, shot in Hungary with Italian support!

An episode from the Napoleonic Wars is told. After the defeat of Jena in 1806: A handful of soldiers held a mill on the Saale for a while against the French superiority. In this way, the Prussian troops can get to safety behind the backs of the combatants.

The German CINECITTA Divo Horst FRANK achieves an excellent performance, dashing and sensitive all in one. Jörg PLEVA, Volkert KRAEFT and Martin LÜTTGE can be seen in other roles.

Very unusual film from this time! Worth seeing!
