Black Emmanuelle 2 is an entertaining watch for what it is, though it falls short of the original.

I recently watched Black Emmanuelle 2 (1976) on a random streaming service. The storyline follows a model suffering from memory loss. She consults a doctor to help recover her memories, who also interviews her friends and family. However, Emmanuelle's recollections don't always align with those around her. Who's telling the truth, and why would someone lie?

Directed by Bitto Albertini (Yellow Emmanuelle), the film stars Angelo Infanti (The Godfather), Dagmar Lassander (Devil Fish), Pietro Torrisi (Popeye), and Attilio Dottesio (The Vengeance of Ursus).

This is exactly what you'd expect. The plot isn't much, but it does hint at some intriguing twists. The standout here is the stunning cast. Julie Margo (Baby Cat) is particularly gorgeous, and the ladies in this sequel surpass the first film in terms of looks. The 70s attire, makeup, and hairstyles add to the fun.

In conclusion, Black Emmanuelle 2 is an entertaining watch for what it is, though it falls short of the original. I'd rate it 6/10 and recommend it only with the right expectations.
