There are at least three different versions of this movie available: An German Version which is not that different compared to US Version. Some scenes are missing in one version or in the other one but in general there's only one big difference: the ending is more openly in the German Version.
Furthermore an Italian Version exists as well that features many more plot scenes than both the German and US version but on the other hand some violent scenes were left out in the Italian Version.
