Kasme Vaade (1978)

Trivia

Kasme Vaade

Edit
Rakhee stated in an interview that the scene where Rakhee slaps Amitabh, the slap is real. Amitabh had no idea, and due to ill-timing, he got a tight slap across his face, and his stunned expression in the movie is real. She also said that Amitabh joked that one day he will take revenge from Rakhee, but unfortunately it never happened.
Randhir Kapoor starred with Amitabh in 2 films, Kasame Vaade and Pukar. In both films, Amitabh was clean shaven in the first half of the film, and had a mustache in the second half of the movie.
"Aati Rahenge Baharen" was remixed by Amit and San J of The X Zecutive. This was the first time this song was remixed. This was for the album Garma Garam Amitabh. This was in the year 1990.
The song "Kasme Vaade" was sampled from Ipi Ntombi song " Sesiya Hamba - Drinking Song".
The song Mile Jo Khadi Khadi was sampled from the old Afghan song Jawani Ham Baharee by Ustad Arman. Another song that was inspired by " Mile Jo Khadi Khadi" was "Gole Golkhooneh" by Aref (1980). An interesting fact is that the intro music/ tune of "Gole Golkhooneh" is the same as the intro music/ tune of the song "Twlight Zone" by 2 Unlimited.
