Screenwriter and producer Maralyn Thoma played the body double for numerous nude women in this film.
Most of the actors agreed to work for free in exchange for getting their SAG cards.
Some of the cast has said they weren't given an actual script and often made up the scenes on the fly.
Actor Martin Speer (Detective Mike Mitelman) was also the Art Director for the film and the ex-boyfriend of the screenwriter, Maralyn Thoma. Thoma left Speer to begin dating the director of this film, Jeremy Hoenack, which lead to some awkwardness during the early days of production. Speer also admitted his character lacked any defining characteristics in the script, so he ended up playing himself rather than giving a real performance.
Melvin Van Peebles was an advisor to the director during filming.
