I am adding reviews for all films that I've seen that lack one at time of writing, here is my brief note made at the time... 'Australian t.v. flick about a kid who chucks his job, to go find the perfect surfing wave, ho-hum! Not as bad as it might have been, OK.' I have no memory of the film, as I saw it 34 years ago, Feb-80, BBC1 UK TV. The film has a good cast, so is probably worth a look, I would have watched as it was directed by Don Chaffey. I need to pad, so I will add that I'm no surfing fan, and reckon that the best surfing film is BIG WEDNESDAY(1978. D.Chaffey had a varied career from the late 40's up to his death in 1990, his best work being in the 60's.
