The level of George's brandy varies when he is drinking at the bar. He tosses it back, and the drink is very nearly gone, but when he smiles at the blonde sitting to his right, there's more in the glass.
When George steers the catamaran over to rescue the semi-conscious David, a closeup of George right before he falls into the ocean shows that he is wearing prescription eye glasses. He tumbles into the water and quickly emerges, his stunt-double is shown wearing sun glasses.
When a drunken George arrives at his neighbor's orgy, the window on his car is down. However, when he leaves (after being seen by Samantha), the window is up again.
When George is sitting on beach watching Jenny, in the closeup shots, there is a woman beside him (lying on her back in a yellow bikini). In the long shots, there is no one near him. In the long shots, a woman can be seen some distance away (right side of the screen), lying on her stomach wearing a yellow bikini bottom - apparently topless.
The camera follows George as he drives through Beverly Hills, and all the trees have leaves on them. Right after he sees Jenny, he begins following her, and the trees on either side of the road are bare. As her car pulls up to the church, the trees again have leaves on them.
When George and Samantha are looking at each other through telescopes, the scopes are seen at angles away from each other. This wouldn't be possible if they were looking directly at each other.
When looking through the telescope, the picture moves around as if being moved by George. But when it shows George looking through, his hands are behind his back as if he has made no attempt to move the telescope.
When the Bolero record skips, it does so every 1.6 seconds. A normal LP revolves every 1.8 seconds, so this is close but still unrealistic; it would have to be going at 37.5 RPM.
After George is caught at his neighbor's orgy, he returns home and tries to call Sam and then his psychiatrist. The reflection of a man in sunglasses can be seen in the window just above and to the left of the telephone in the low-angle shots.
A shadow of a helicopter following George Webber is seen when he drives on the highway.
When George is driving past the limo (as Jenny arrives at her wedding), he is driving on the wrong side of the road, having crossed a double-yellow line, and crashes head-first into a police car. The officer gives George a ticket for an expired license, no registration, and reckless driving, yet George is allowed to drive away. The officer even yells at George to "Go on, move it!"
George drives a 1976 Rolls-Royce Corniche Series I convertible, yet the "loaner" issued to him after the wreck is a 1978 Ford Maverick 4-door. It seems unlikely someone who drives a RR would accept a Maverick 4-door as a suitable "loaner" car, or that a car dealership doing repairs on a RR would even have a Maverick to offer to their clientele who drive Rolls-Royces.
