Angels' Brigade (1979)

Trivia

Angels' Brigade

Edit
Freezing the DVD frame of the title card reveals the movie's original title, "Seven from Heaven." The ghost image of the words appear just before they are blacked out and replaced with "Angels' Revenge."
According to a DVD interview with cinematographer Dean Cundey, Peter Lawford had to do several of his scenes sitting down because he was so drunk he had trouble standing.
The movie was featured as a commentary spoof on a 1995 episode of Mystery Science Theatre 3000 in Season 7, Episode 22.
One third of the film's $300,000 budget went to paying the salaries for the various name actors who appear in the movie.
Jim Backus, Alan Hale Jr., Neville Brand, Arthur Godfrey, and Pat Buttram all worked for one day each.

Cameo

Arthur Godfrey: As himself, Arthur Godfrey.
Pat Buttram: As a van salesman.
Alan Hale Jr.: As Manny and billed as Alan Hale.
Jim Backus: As Commander Lindsey March.

Director Cameo

Greydon Clark: Uncredited, as a movie director in the sequence involving the stunt motor-cyclist.
