To be honest, it's hard to tell. At least one has to differentiate between the DVD released by Severin and one by a company called Ifvw. The latter is probably based on an Italian VHS and misses several plot scenes. On the Severin disc one can find two versions. One is called Restored version and is quite similar to the one by Ifvw. Again several scenes are missing. There's also an Integral Version available. This cut is based on the Restored Version and missing scenes were re-integrated from several sources (probably VHS due to the bad quality). This Integral Version is probably the closest to the Original Italian Version.
The 2020 Vinegar Syndrome Blu-ray is the most complete version, running for 100 minutes and all the hardcore footage is added back in.
