It should be in the BBC archives, but to date they have not released it. However, there is an online petition circulating to release this adaptation (along with The Chinese Puzzle, another TV series that Deborah Makepeace starred in). If there are enough signatures collected on it, maybe it will get a DVD release. Google search "Release Deborah Makepeace's television work on DVD" and you'll find it.
