Where Is Parsifal? (1984)

Trivia

Where Is Parsifal?

Edit
This is often incorrectly considered to be a lost film, since it has never been commercially available in the UK or USA, however the film was released on home video in at least Italy, Australia and the Netherlands during the 1980s.
Although it was screened at the 1984 Cannes Film Festival, it was withdrawn prior to its official release date in the UK.
Peter Lawford's last movie.
This was a vanity project of "Superman" producer Alexander Salkind for his wife Berta Domínguez D..
The tie that Montague Chippendale (Peter Lawford) wears is that of the Marylebone Cricket Club (MCC) which was founded in 1787. Only registered members and associate members of the MCC are permitted to wear this Club tie which (due to its colours) is affectionately known as the 'egg and bacon' tie. Members include H.M. King Charles III and Sir Mick Jagger. Would-be members must join the waiting list (anywhere from 20-30 years long) or fork out up to £75,000 for 'express' life membership. This latter being a regrettable measure made necessary by the complete loss of income due to the Covid pandemic.
