The sequel to 'Dubbelstötarna' (menaning The Double Jobs; the title of the reviewed series is 'Dubbelsvindlarna' meaning The Double Frauders') from 1979.
The main protagonist is the same as in the forerunner series, but unfortunately the plot is less interesting, and there are some rather goofy scenes as well as palpable overacting.
I believe that the adaptation of the novel by Tomas Arvidsson is lacking some mood-enhancing details that would have made this series more engaging.
For the fans of Salvador Dalì, there is a lot of original footage from his natal spot, Cadaquès.
