It looks like Blood Beach had to be modified to get the R-Rating. This version was released in several editions on VHS by Media. The same label released the R-Rated Version in UK and NL as well. In Canada and other countries, a bootleg DVD was released, but it was a transfer of the US Tape which means it just contains the R-Rated Version as well. Only the German VHS by UFA contains the Unrated Version. Unfortunately the German Tape is also censored. Lots of plot scene have been removed, presumably to be capable of using cheaper tapes because the Uncut Version would have been too long for these tapes.
