Nancy Cartwright, Ruth Buzzi, Brennan Howard, George Rose, and B.J. Ward in Pound Puppies and the Legend of Big Paw (1988)

Trivia

Pound Puppies and the Legend of Big Paw

Edit
George Rose's final film. On May 5, 1988, Rose's adopted son and three other men beat Rose to death. Ironically, Jose Menendez, one of the executives in charge of production for this film, was also murdered by his two sons over a year after Rose's death.
Lumpy and Bones are based on Horace and Jasper respectively from Disney's One Hundred and One Dalmatians (1961).
Distributor TriStar's first animated feature.
The new characters that were introduced are Beamer, Reflex, Tammy, Jeff, Marvin McNasty, Lumpy, Bones, Collette, Big Paw, Charlamange, Hairball, and Whopper's niece and nephew. Katrina Stoneheart, Brattina, Holly, and Catgut did not appear in this movie. The Pound Puppies, returning from the TV series, were redesigned for this movie, which is the reason why none of the Pound Puppies look like their original selves in the TV Series.
Bright Eyes now wears her original green shirt but has white fur and a yellow skirt.
