Bionic Showdown: The Six Million Dollar Man and the Bionic Woman (1989)

Trivia

Bionic Showdown: The Six Million Dollar Man and the Bionic Woman

Edit
Sandra Bullock's first credited television role, which was a pilot for a never-produced spin-off series.
At one point in the movie, Oscar Goldman states that there are only four bionic human beings: Steve Austin, Jamie Sommers, Michael Austin, and Kate Mason. In the bionic universe, there were as many as six: Barney Hiller, the Seven Million Dollar Man, (played by Monte Markham) and Andy Sheffield (played by Vincent Van Patten who became the Bionic Boy in 1976. Barney Hiller, however, only appeared in two episodes and had his bionics tuned down to normal strength at the end of each episode. Likewise, Andy was down to normal strength at the end of his appearance, leaving only four human beings with bionic abilities: Steve Austin, Jamie Sommers, Michael Austin, and Kate Mason.
Although many episodes of The Six Million Dollar Man (1974) and The Bionic Woman (1976) took place in exotic countries, this is the only movie actually filmed outside the US (it was filmed in Toronto).
The registration on the bottom of the helicopter starts with "C", identifying it as Canadian. Aircraft registered in the US all begin with "N". This is the first hint that the program was filmed in Canada.
