Starman takes place 14 years after the Starman said goodbye to Jenny Hayden and left Earth to return to his planet and the Starman returns to Earth and assumes the form of a deceased photojournalist whom was killed in a helicopter crash and he meets his son Scott Hayden, Jr. and they set off in search of Jenny whom abandoned Scott, Jr. However, government UFO investigator George Fox whom tried to capture Starman and stop him from leaving Earth 14 years earlier hunts down Starman and Scott, Jr. and believes they are a threat to humanity and he will stop at nothing to capture them both alive.
