The name of the school, "Ogilvy", is wordplay on "ogle" (to leer at), since there is a Peeping Tom in the story, Richard Crawley, played by Dennis Cole.
The reason why Patricia Arquette's character has that airplane on the back of her jacket, is because it's a Japanese Zero (think Pearl Harbor, 1941) and her nickname is Zero.
