Charlie Dingo

I did not remember this Gilles Behat's film, from 1987. The director was famous in this period for RUE BARBARE and URGENCE, in waiting for LES LONGS MANTEAUX. I don't understand that this movie release was so confidential, despite Guy Marchand's role. It is a cute little drama, with good directing and acting. I don't know why it is so barely remembered. I admit though it offers nothing really special, but that doesn't explain everything. Guy Marchand is better here than anywhere in his career. The ending is a bit lame however. I would have prefered another more unpredictable finale. That's all.
