The last TV project of Andrew Duggan, who plays U.S. President Dwight D. Eisenhower. Duggan previously played Eisenhower in Tail Gunner Joe (1977) and Backstairs at the White House (1979). He also previously played U.S. President Lyndon B. Johnson in The Private Files of J. Edgar Hoover (1977), another TV movie about J. Edgar Hoover.
