Some people think that movie is actually a message against Slobodan Milosevic (president of Federal Republic of Yugoslavia in that time) and whole system that was in Serbia, while others think it's acutally a support to Milosevic and his regime.
The pirate radio station is named "Bum 92" in allusion to the year of the filming.
