When Kate finds the picture book in Nick's study, one camera angle was obviously shot in Anna's room, as we can see the Ronja Rövardotter (1984) poster on the wall. Anna's room looks totally different to Nick's study.
When Kirsten hits Anna on the back of the head with the pestle it bounces off her head, revealing it to be a prop.
