Party of Five is a American drama series that ran from 1994 - 2000. The series takes place in San Francisco and follows The Salinger Siblings after both their parents are tragically killed in a car accident. The 5 members of the Salinger family are: Mature Charlie. Arrogant Bailey. Sensitive Julia. Good hearted Claudia and the youngest member of the family Owen. The series follows the Salinger Siblings and their everyday dramas as Charlie struggles with the responsibility of raising his siblings and running the family restaurant. Throughout it's 6 seasons, the series had multiple story arcs such as Bailey cheating on his beautiful girlfriend Sarah Reeves with the attractive Callie Martel and his battle with alcoholism. Charlie's battle with cancer. Julia's marriage to bad boy Griffin Holbrook. Charlie's on and off relationship with Owen's nanny Kristen Bennett. Sarah Reeves later went on to have her own short lived spin-off series "Time of Your Life" which she abandons Bailey and leaves San Francisco on a personal journey as she set out to find her birth parents. The series was cancelled in 2000 and was rebooted in 2020.
