    They bought a Lamborghini Diablo.

While in a Nebraska bathroom, Sea Bass attacked and tried to sexually assault Lloyd in a stall. Seabass is a trucker and he arrived in the stall exactly when the graffiti said to meet there "for some manly love". So it's likely this was a regular stop for Seabass to have anonymous gay sex. It was simply coincidence that Lloyd happened to be there when Seabass arrived. Seabass belies a look of surprise when he sees and recognises Lloyd and decided to try and take revenge.

A year after this film was released, an animated TV series, Dumb and Dumber (1995), was aired on ABC. But the show only lasted a season and was cancelled afterwards. In 2003, a prequel, titled Dumb and Dumberer: When Harry Met Lloyd (2003) was released, but Jim Carrey and Jeff Daniels did not appear in this film nor were the Farrelly brothers involved in the film's production. The film was panned by critics and was only a modest success at the box office. Finally, a true sequel titled Dumb and Dumber To (2014) was released in 2014. Although a success at the box office, the sequel did not enjoy the same acclaim as the original.

The unrated version contains some new dialog scenes and some more "disgusting" scenes. Furthermore, there are some hints to homosexuality in this version, which was presumably too much. To sum it up, one can say that the unrated version is a perfect supplement for fans.
