Bruce Willis and Damon Wayans in The Last Boy Scout (1991)

FAQ

The Last Boy Scout

FAQ

A private investigator and pro football player get caught up in a web of lies and violence after finding about political figures being involved in sports gambling.

He plays one of "Marcone's henchman". He's the third guy with Chet and Milo who throw Jimmy Dix off the overpass and on to a car. He's often mistaken for the character "Milo's Goon", played by Frank Ferrera. Who appears prominently in the scene in the woods. As they're both dressed nearly identical and have similar hair and stubble.

Presumably he either also grabs a spare magazine and reloads offscreen or is able to get some more rounds from the car in the pool or the owner of the house. Also, it's a 90s action movie. Bullet count was usually ignored.
