Ted Raimi researched his role as Dennis Skinner so he could make the distinction between a psychopath and a sociopath. Raimi played Skinner as a psychopath.
In late 1993, the newly reformed Cannon Pictures were going to pick up the film and give it a limited theatrical run. Cannon once again fell into bankruptcy before this could happen.
Shot over the course of two and a half weeks.
Never released on VHS or DVD in Australia.
