It is also established that Jamie King has little contact with his birth parents, and is raised by his aunt and uncle. In reality, Jamie Foxx was raised by his parents' adoptive parents.
Andy Berman, who played Dennis, the bellhop, was a main character during the first season. However, the syndicated versions of this show removed his name and image from the opening credits, making him to appear as a recurring character. This is probably due to the fact that his character disappeared after season one, and wasn't seen or mentioned afterward.

Garrett Morris was in Ant-Man (2015) ,Morris who portrayed Ant-Man in a Saturday Night Live sketch in the 70s, appears as a taxi driver.
Jamie Foxx and Garrett Morris each had recurring roles on Roc (1991). However they weren't on the show at the same time. Garrett had a recurring role in season one, Jamie had a recurring role during seasons two and three.
